i definitely need to rewatch ITFT again to have more solidified thoughts but MAN! man ! what a great show !
(light spoilery stuff below but i don't rlly go into detail abt specific events since i def need to see it again to give an actual full ""review"" o7)
my favorite thing about it right now is the "lore" bits they've been throwing at us, i think my problem with some object show writing nd justin general (esp with horror) is that they TELL and don't show. ITFT just gives you these little glimpses into parts of a story without giving away too much, and the execution drives me up walls (IN A VERY POSITIVE AUTISTIC WAY) i love the tv glitches and insp from early 2000s bumpers/idents of the era. even down to the weather channel!!!
they don't just STAND there and explain everything single thing going on, and not even the characters know whats going on!! and YOU the VIEWER get to theorize and try to piece together what little we have! its good!! im honestly so surprised i enjoyed this show so much cuz i thought it was gonna be the same old same old! but it really did surprise me! it doesn't overstay its welcome and gets right to the point! im SUPER excited to see what comes next, and id love to hear other's thoughts on the show!!
oh yea! and my favs rn are fridge DJ, wheel, clock, 'nd shrimpy :O) id love to say more abt the characters but ill save that for the rewatch!

watched it again with some friends . and its GOOD! ITS SO GOOD GOD DAMMIT !!!!!!!!!!  *tableflip* I WOULD BE REPEATING SM OF WHAT I SAID IN MY ORIGINAL POST ALREADY SO LIKE. SKIPPING DAT LOL- god i do love how the jokes & horror are balanced tho . the jokes don't rlly overstay their welcome and come at you without warning AND THE HORROR HAS MORE ATTENTION ON IT WHILE ALSO KEEPING SOME OF THAT HUMOR IN BITS whiteberry u are so funny . BUT GAWD. FRIDGE DJ I AM SO FOND!!!! i like how much of a threat they are...THEY DO SEEM TO JUST BE LIKE A WEIRD MALFUNCTIONING THING WHICH IS SOMETHING I ALSO ENJOY... you'd think clock would be the bigger threat but its like CLOCK IS VERY UNAWARE OF THE SCARY SHIT REALLY GOING ON...BRO IS JUST AS CONFUSED AS THE CONTESTANTS SOMETIMES WHICH IS SMTH THAT I ADORE idk personally i enjoy when the hosts are a little bit less "all powerful beings" AS MUCH AS I LOVE 4 & X & 2 OBVS i do yawn when theres a million hosts trying 2 be like them so WHILE CLOCK IS POWERFUL they aren't like just doing all this "im gonna despawn you" nonsense all the time, whenever someone gets eliminated the whole world seems to glitch out AND THEN AFTER THAT WITH WHEEL AND IN GENERAL THINGS JUST GET OUT OF CLOCKS CONTROL and its definitely not on purpose! things just kinda feel like they r falling apart or at least falling out of clock's HANDS  AND WE STILL DONT EVEN KNOW A LOT ABT THEM! theres so much intrigue...so much mystery but ermmm yea spoiler ramble aside....my favs r still pretty much the same XD THO WHEEL...i love that thang so much...my favorite almost but not rlly bootleg snowball <3 AND AUGH FRIDGE DJ....I NEED TO DRAW THEM EVENTUALLY

Honestly I need to rewatch as well but yeah I really agree with u Especially the idents. I'm enjoying the slow unveiling of the mystery of "wtf is clock and this universe"...
