First pic from 2021, Second from 2022Aaaand as of now I moved on into making their limbs the same material as their object because I think it brings more room for creativity in designing object characters! From December last yearI still like them chonky limbs and other OS styles including the stick limbs one (very nostalgic to me!), I just really prefer this style more. I always wanted to dabble into drawing object limbs like this too, It's so fucking cool. I loooove how you draw objects.

Pretty late to this thread, but I don't think I actually ever really used stick limbs. I only did it once when I got really back into object shows and never did again From 2020Then I just stared with chomky, human like limbs because I like my objects that way First pic from 2021, Second from 2022Aaaand as of now I moved on into making their limbs the same material as their object because I think it brings more room for creativity in designing object characters! when I first started drawing objects I went for imitating cheesyhfj's style, then moved on to slightly thicker limbs, and then that evolved into like.. weird meaty sorta-human hands and feet. Or a more blobby apostrophe shape, depending on the character. I usually like adding shoes and gloves to spice up a character design.
another thing started doing recently ish is giving flat objects flat limbs like a parappa the rapper model. it looks really cool to me. this was a fun thing to take a look at in my old vs new art! but its late i need to go to damnnn bed

I really dig the more humanlike hands, I've been doing the same lately. The colored one on the very right feels so ...organic? Very beautiful.
